Ok I admit I’m a bit tired of Colombian Decafs rn, so I’ve searched high and low to bring you something a bit different.
Grown in Nyamasheke District of Rwanda by the Muraho cooperative, this coffee has been expertly decaffeinated using the familiar E.A Sugarcane process.
To me, this decaf manages to retain a zingy acidity that is often softened by the EA process. This zestiness sits on a backdrop of sticky date sweetness that makes it a very rounded and moreish cup indeed.
