Ethiopia - Bekele Yutute *CoE 4th place*
Process: Natural
Varietal: 74158, Heirloom
Taste Notes: Peach, jasmine, white honey, coffee flower
This lot was produced by Bekele Yutute, on his family’s farm in Dambi village, Sidama, and was processed at Dambi village’s own drying station. Bekele is a third generation farmer who inherited his farm from his parents and has spent over 10 years cultivating coffee on this land.
This coffee placed 4th in the most recent Ethiopian Cup of Excellence and it’s pretty clear why. I’d say this is easily one of the cleanest, most delicate, floral natural Ethiopians I’ve tasted.
Grab a couple bags, I don’t imagine this one will be around very long.
🚀 Free delivery on orders >£25
